Accelerter is not working properly. When trying to pull into a parking space vehicle accelerated up as soon as consumer gently applied accelerater, and vehicle ran into a few other vehicles before coming to a stop. Contacted dealer, and the dealer has checked vehicle, but could not find cause of problem.

While driving on a gravelled road at 5 to 10 mph vehicle started to accelerate to 80 mph. Took vehicle to a dealer, and was informed a piece of gravel was in throttle area. Consumer feels there should be a protected cover over that area. Please provide any furhter information.
Vehicle has been at dealer 4-5 times to repair throttle. Vehicle hesitates at any speed with no warning. When throttle gets stuck consumer has to press down on throttle. Then ease up, and reapply to accelerate. Dealer have never been able to duplicate problem in order to repair it. Recall 99i002000 doesn't affect consumer's vehicle due to VIN.

Pulled into parking space, put foot on brake, and at that time engine revved and vehicle surged forward. Consumer hit building, $ 3800. 00 damage.
Backing out of parking space consumer shifted gear into reverse and vehicle suddenly accelerated backwards at a high rate of speed with foot still on brakes, causing vehicle to run into a bakery store.
