My low beam headlamps burn out every 5-7 weeks, especially the driver's side. I live in a rural area with constant road hazards such as deer, winding unlit roads and icy patches. When the headlamp blows it creates a huge safety hazard since one light is not enough to safely avoid the numerous hazards I face on a daily basis. I return home from work after dark and am never sure if my lights will make throughout the entire commute.
