The contact owns a 2008 Hyundai Elantra. While driving 1 mph during snowy conditions, the abs light illuminated. The vehicle was towed to an impound lot. The vehicle was later towed to an authorized dealership where the contact was informed that the cv joint needed to be replaced. The problem reoccurred and the vehicle was towed back to the dealership where it was at the time of the complaint. The current and failure mileages were approximately 16,500.
