Sold a lemon law buyback car without my knowledge. From what I understand I was to sign a document stating that I new that I was purchasing a lemon law buyback car. I did not find out until I went to get the plates for my car and they showed me the title. I contacted the dealership and basically my loss their gain. May 2015 had to replace hose and have a/c recharged costing almost $300 July 2015 had to have both from wheel bearing replaced along with tires costing me $800 June 2016 had to have end links on sway bar and cv joint and shaft replaced. This was under the powertrain warranty still in place on the car check engine light come on and off at random times. When tested said it was an O2 sensor. The back drivers side door lock sticks. So I have to manually lock it for my key fob to lock all of the doors. Today was just told I need wheel bearings and tires on the front end. I believe this car has too many issues being a newer car. I have never had a car with this many issues. Especially a newer car. I cannot get out of the loan because it is a lemon law buyback and the resale on it is horrible. I cannot afford the upkeep on the problems it keeps having. Something is wrong this car.

Have 2004 Elantra w/ 77,000 miles. Check engine light came on while starting car in am. Car has no symptoms of bad plugs,02 sensor, or catalytic conv. Issues. Runs fine, no different. I have the car checked diagnostically and they said the 02 needed changing and new p;lugs / wires. The wires/ plugs arent due for another 30k miles we thought, and the car running fine! was waiting to have this service done as we were given a $613. 00 quote! in meantime the check light went off and car running fine! it had just had theoiil changed and a new air filter when this occured, and new gas. It seemed when the car was almost out of gas( I let it run low) I put a better grade from another station and this is when the engine light went off! why would this occure if it is needing plugs, 02 sensors??? also no trouble, roughness or idle trouble, or power loss with this car. Could it be bad gas, airfilter issues?? please help!!.

Check engine light came on three different times first repair was engine manifold, second repair was oxygen sensor, third time the dealer could not find the problem. Dealer probably unplugged the light all repairs were under warranty but dealer suggested I get the service done since they had it in the shop. Both sun visor plastic clips that hold the visor in place broke off and on the passenger side the visor is broken at the swivel arm. All of the small plastic door plugs have fell out. Remote gas tank door will not open on cold days. Vehicle pulls to the right and wheel shakes at speeds 35 and above. Small scratch in paint goes down to the primer.

Consumer states while driving, the engine check light came on and then the vehicle stalled out. Vehicle has been to the dealer on several occasions and the problem is reccurring. Oxygen sensor and coil pack were replaced. Fuel injectors were cleaned, throttle body replaced. But problem still existed until dealer found battery had dead cell.
