1 Engine Exhaust System problem of the 2005 Infiniti G35

Failure Date: 04/20/2020

We received the car April 18, 2020. We were told that nothing was wrong with the car besides the gas gauge on the dash. On April 20,2020, we were on the highway and the car stopped. We turned the car off for a bit and the problem still persisted. The engine will rev but the car wouldn't go forward nor reverse. We let the car rest for about 20 minutes and it started to work. We then took the car to the mechanic the next day and he told us that the transmission wasn't no good and that's there was an exhaust leak.

2 Engine Exhaust System problem of the 2004 Infiniti G35

Failure Date: 01/18/2009

Evidently there are a lot of problems with the throttle bodies on Infiniti G35 models. I own a 2004 Infiniti G35 which I purchased new in June of 2004. I have 61, 300 miles on the car. My throttle body just broke and according to the forums this happens frequently and is only covered by manufacturer's warranty for 4 years or 60,000 miles. In 3 states it is covered for 7 years and 70,000. If the problem is that common, it should be a recall or covered under warranty for the 7 years and 70,000 for all states.
