While driving 45 mph and without warning driver's side window fell down inside of the door frame. Consumer was unable to retrieve it. Consumer drove the vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic informed the consumer that this occurred before. Consumer must render payment because this vehicle was not on recall.
