1 Transmission Not Engage problem

Failure Date: 03/08/2016

Transmission oil turned milky and vehicle would not move. After servicing transmission vehicle now will not engage into park, stays in reverse. Vehicle was parked when it would not move from parking spot but, after trans fluid was changed and trans serviced when you go to park it and put the shifter into park the vehicle moves in revers.

2 Transmission Not Engage problem

Failure Date: 09/24/2005

The has a tendency to stall when shifting gear while backing up out of the drive after the car has been idle for a period of time. The transmission seems to "clunk" more than a new car should. Also noticed the tendency for the car to stall in stop and go traffic conditions. It seems the transmission is not disengaging properly pulling the rpm below idle. Shifting the car to neutral or giving gas prevents the engine from stalling.
