The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving various speeds, the gear would shift into neutral. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and they stated that the electronic shift module failed. The part needed to make the repair was on back order. On a separate occasion, while driving less than 60 mph, the vehicle shifted into neutral again without the actual gear shifter being moved.
