1 Noises During Shifting problem

I have took my vehicle for a shifter recall. They did a programming they said and that it should have fixed the problem. I explained to Chrysler capital about how my vehicle would shift into neutral after throwing itself into other gears. I would have to turn off the vehicle and begin driving again. Now my vehicle hardly drives and the transmission makes a loud cracking noise. This recall made my transmission go out.

Squeeling on every start up. Hard shifting several complaints. Chrysler has issued a service bulletin #07-002-15 rev. A to address a screeching noise on startup, or more specifically an idler pulley noise during cold start on the vehicles listed below: 2014 � 2015 Jeep cherokee 2011 � 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011 � 2014 Dodge durango 2011 � 2014 Dodge charger 2011 � 2014 Dodge challenger 2011 � 2014 Chrysler 300 2011 � 2014 Dodge journey 2011 � 2014 Chrysler 200, Dodge avenger 2011 � 2014 Chrysler town and country, Dodge caravan the bulletin applies only to vehicles built on or before September 01, 2014 and those vehicles equipped with 3. 2l v6 24v vvt, or 3. 6l v6 24v vvt engine. Chrysler states that the sound is a loud high frequency screeching noise on startup that happens within 20 seconds of engine startup and lasts about 90 seconds intermittently during a cold engine start, approximately 0 degrees c (32 degrees f) and below. The fix is a new updated idler pulley #05281301aa idler pulley.

3 Noises During Shifting problem

Failure Date: 11/01/2014

The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the engine stalled numerous times while driving various speeds. The gear system also emitted a noise and jerked while shifting gears. As a result, the contact struck an object while driving. There were no injuries. In addition, the heating system failed. The air conditioner and heater made a loud noise when activated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times for the failures. The dealer upgraded the software system several times, but the failure was not corrected. The vehicle was repaired per NHTSA campaign number: 16v529000 (power train), but the failure was not corrected. The manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 1,000.
