While backing out of a parking space consumer shifted the vehicle into drive, and depressed the accelerator pedal, and vehicle accelerated at a higher speed. Then, consumer shifted the vehicle into neutral to gain control and stop. Dealership serviced the vehicle, and replaced the software program.

While driving up an incline at 25/30 mph accelerator pedal went all the way to the floor and vehicle accelerated at a high speed. This was caused by the throttle body part sticking in open, per dealership.
While driving at low speeds, and driver applied brakes vehicle continued to accelerate at high speeds. This resulted in an accident. Please provide more details. Ts.
