I located a new oem parts through a third party for $250. And a simple plug-and-play install, corrected all problems with vehicle. Dealership then tried to say the part needed to be programmed. So they could charge $200 for a service that is completely unnecessary. If you get the right tipm for the exact model and options. A soft reset can be done by simply using the ignition key. It is very poor business practice by Chrysler corporation. And they are taking advantage of many unsuspecting customers. Often paying upwards of over $4,000 in one year for misdiagnosed and overpriced services.
