Power Steering Pump problems of the 2019 Jeep Wrangler

One problem related to power steering pump has been reported for the 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The most recently reported issues are listed below.

1 Power Steering Pump problem

Failure Date: 10/26/2020

When the vehicle hits 25-35mph, the power steering cuts out completely and can only be controlled via aggressive wrestling with the steering wheel. Vehicle was towed to dealer 11-2-20. Dealer reported that they could not replicate problem and that I probably needed a new power steering pump but that the part is on back order until 4/2021 and that I should come and get the car. Ii was also told that I was #20 on a list of Wrangler rubicons that are waiting for this part and that they only get one power steering pump from the manufacturer every 30 days. I picked up the car on 11-9-20 and the power steering cut out immediately on the drive home once I hit 35mph. So, I currently have a Jeep that has broken power steering that is sitting in my garage and no solution being offered from the dealer/oem. This car is not even 1 year old.
