Engine Noise Problems of Kia Motor Sedona

I have handed over my car for repairing on 09-23-2020 which is still not fixed and still lying with horne kia service centre gilbert, arizona. They have messed up my car was diagnosed twice in a gap of 2 days. Horne kia wants to cover up their technician (whom they call the best in their team) they have mess my engine and sending me a second quote to change the engine. On the first week October 2020, I drove my car for 15 miles after collecting from horne kia gilbert and experienced bunch or new problems on the road. 1. The check engine light was on 2. There was heavy vibration and noise inside my car 3. My car would randomly halt in the middle of the road, while in drive mode. Since then, my car is still lying with horne kia gilbert, arizona. 2009 kia Sedona bought new in December of 2009. In March engine started to seem very loud. Check engine light came on in early April. Taken to dealer and they replaced the mass air flow sensor. Check engine light came on and was in shop 3 more times before they updated the software in August. Check engine light doesn't come on but the engine still seems very loud and van vibrates and rumbles when first started - especially after sitting for several hours or overnight. Engine sounds loud while driving and sometimes revs loudly when accelerating.

Have a 2005 kia Sedona and the van has 22,000 and has been in the repair shop for brake problems over 6 times. Since 8/05 has been back in for service for oil leaks, remote problems, tire problems. The rotors have been changed, the pads, everything has been done but after a little time passes the noise and the pulsating comes back. The van starts to pull when you go to put on the breaks and it makes noises. Keep bring it back to the dealership and they fix it with new brakes, rotors, pads but the problem keeps coming back and back. Should not have had to replace the brakes and pads, and rotors so many times with very little mileage on it. Updated 12/12/07.

From 2nd week we complained of engine noise. Each time no problem was found. Few months later ck engine came on. A spark plug was replaced. 1 month later ck engine light on again. New fuel injector. 2 days later ck engine light again. Needed new motor at 3800 miles. 1 week later caught on fire in our garage. Kia regional management chris butler said they would repair damages from fire but had no concern that our 6 month old van with only 3800 miles already had the motor replace and caught on fire. His advise don't park in the garage anymore so we won't have to worry about it burning down our house. Ironic that we choose this van because we thought it would be easier and safer for our kids. Now I fear our families safety everyday because we have it.

My 2002 kia Sedona has experienced multiple problems since I bought it in March, 2002. Major electrical problems, battery replacement, sliding door failing to close, engine noise, air conditioner problems. Have contacted manufacturer and dealer. Some issues resolved - - others unable to be diagnosed or replicated. Fear that engine, electrical system is still not working properly and will fail and cause an accident.
