The contact owns a 2005 Mercury Mariner. While driving 40 mph, the contact felt as if someone rear ended her vehicle. She looked in the rearview mirror, but did not see anything. When she arrived at the dealer, the entire engine fell from the motor compartment and onto the ground. The mechanic stated that the entire front end of the vehicle had fallen apart.
