The contact owns a 2017 Nissan Armada. The contact stated that the vehicle recognized the fob key; however, the vehicle would not start. The contact's husband replaced the battery, starter, gasket, and manifold; however, the failure recurred. The dealer was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that there was no recall associated with the VIN. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 75,000.

The contact owns a 2006 Nissan Armada. The contact was driving approximately 45 mph with the heater activated when a fluctuation of cold air emitted throughout the vents. In addition, the vehicle began to shake. On one occasion while starting the ignition, the temperature gauge needle became stuck. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who informed the contact that the heater coil valve would need to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired due to the unavailability of the part. The manufacturer had not produced the part for distribution to the dealers. The contact notified numerous dealers and was unsuccessful in locating the part.
