Wednesday September 3rd 2014, the Nissan was parked in front of the house, and has not started seance, I replaced the following parts (for my wife) on the battery. The positive terminal clamp was corroded through to the point we touched it and it broke. (we replaced the parts from dealership September 8th, 2014) before and after the battery terminal and fuse pack were replaced the obd2 will not connect with the computer system in the car at all. Now not even 24 hrs after the above listed parts were replaced, the car battery is now dead, sitting on street with system now reconnected. After parts were replaced the care would crank with no start, (cranking was strong with no lag). Now there is no charge in the battery not even 12 hrs after replacing the parts. This is disconcerting being that we have had no issues with the auto until now. We did note that there is/was a recall for survice for 2008 Nissan Rogue as listed bellow: 2008 Nissan Rogue electrical system service bulletin 373732 NHTSA: action number: 10055490 service bulletin number: 373732 report date: Apr 09, 2014component: electrical system summary: Nissan: the main harness to body harness connectors is experiencing electrical corrosion issues. 2008-2014 Rogue. .
