My 2008 Nissan Rogue steering wheel is becoming tight to turn and my horn does not work. There is a recall number 09v411000 steering-gear box shaft pitman and the recall did'nt include my vehicle and my vehicle has a manufacture defect. This is a great safety issue because if the pinion shaft come out of the steering gear it will result in a complete loss of steering control and risk the chances of a crash involving my safety and the safty of others.
