2 Gasoline Storage problem of the 2005 Nissan Sentra

The contact owns a 2005 Nissan Sentra. The contact was refueling the vehicle when gasoline began to spew back out of the filler tube. The vehicle would only allow approximately two dollars worth of gasoline before spilling. The contact stated the vehicle was repaired one month prior to the failure for the same defect. She was able to locate NHTSA campaign id number: 05v269000 (fuel system, gasoline: storage) but was advised by the dealer that her VIN was not included. The vehicle was at the dealer where the contact was awaiting repairs. The failure and current mileage was 99,500.

3 Gasoline Storage problem of the 2005 Nissan Sentra

Failure Date: 06/09/2010

The contact owns a 2005 Nissan Sentra. While refueling the vehicle gas began to spill out of the fuel tank. The failure recurs whenever the vehicle get refueled. The manufacturer was notified and informed the contact his vehicle was not included in the recall associated with NHTSA campaign id number 05v269000. The vehicle was not serviced.
