1 Tank Mounting problem of the 2013 Nissan Sentra

Failure Date: 06/17/2013

I purchased the vehicle in April. Two months later I realized that when in drive when I set my foot on the brake I would hear a grinding noise in the back of the car. When I would put it in reverse the noise would not occur. It was always when I would hit the breaks until the car came to a complete stop. It would not make the noise when I hit the breaks suddenly. When I called Nissan and brought it in for them I was told that it was a fluid problem. After 2 weeks the noise began again, now it has stopped and goes on and off. Also I have noticed that the indicator for the passenger air bag will be off at times when there is an adult sitting in the seat. This also happens on and off. I have had it though, where the indicator has come on saying the air bag is off for 3 days in a row, having someone sitting in it. The third problem is that the windshield wiper fluid does not spray correctly. It pools at the bottom of the windshield and so it does not clean it correctly. Finally the last problem is that I have noticed when I fill up the gas tank the amount of miles I get are different every time. I have a particular routine everyday and every weekend. At times it seems I have more gas than when I have filled it up before. When I have used the eco button at times, it seems that once in a while it will work the way it is supposed too. Most of the time it seems that the car just guzzles gas more than usual.

2 Tank Mounting problem of the 1999 Nissan Sentra

Failure Date: 07/11/2011

The contact owns a 1999 Nissan Sentra. The contact stated an excessive amount of fuel would overflow from the fuel tank filler neck whenever refueling. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where a diagnostic test was performed and they detected the fuel tank filler neck was completely covered with rust. The manufacturer and dealer stated the part was no longer in production as a result to the vehicle not being repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 69,000.

3 Tank Mounting problem of the 2005 Nissan Sentra

Failure Date: 02/03/2010

My car has had problems with the gas tank and fuel pump line. I just recently paid a large amount of money in January of 2010 to get a new gas tank put in the car because the gas tank would reject gas when I would pump gas causing gas to over flood onto the ground which is dangerous. I went to a non Nissan dealership and I can't afford to keep going places to fix the problem that is not my fault. However, the check engine light is still on in my car. I have been to Nissan dealers in indianapolis, indiana and they told me that they will not fix the problem. I need the car fixed at a Nissan dealership that will not turn me away. I purchased the car in 2005 and shortly after that, I had to get the fuel pump line fixed. I really need some help and guidance. Times are too tough to be repeatedly turned away. I am afraid that something vital might happen if the problem continues to be ignored because gas issues can be dangerous. I have found recalls on my make and model and I need someone to acknowledge these recalls. I was told in the past years that my Nissan did not have any recalls and I was given false information.
