There is an excessive amount of rust forming on the unibody structure behind the front frame support that spans the width of the car. Large pieces of flaking metal are coming off and there are holes through the metal. I fear the integraty and the streangth of the body is being weakened.

2 Underbody Shield problem of the 1998 Plymouth Neon

Failure Date: 08/27/2003

Chysler is informing me that there is no such recall, recall number 99v-001. My car falls within the low high VIN numbers reported to possibly have this problem and I am having numerous problems with my 1998 Plymouth Neon thatapply to this recall as well as serveral TSB.
