The contact owns a 2019 Tesla Model X. The contact stated that he tried starting the vehicle and the vehicle would not start after a couple of hours the contact was able to start the up and drive it home. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where they replaced the 12v battery of the vehicle, but the failure reoccurred. The contact stated while driving at 65 mph the contact felt the vehicle losing power and pulled over at the side of road where the vehicle shut down completely without any warning. The contact was not able to restart the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where they diagnosed the vehicle and they stated that fuse 107 was blown out. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 34,235.
