Tl- the contact owned a 2013 Toyota Avalon. The contact stated while driving 55 mph, the contact depresssed the brakes because the vehicle ahead stalled. The contact was able to complete stop but the vehicle behind him was unable to stalled crashing into the rear of vehicle. Which caused the front of the front of the contact vehicle to run in the rear of the car ahead of him. The contact stated the air bags failed to deploy, and no warning light illuminated from vehicle. I was heading down snow geese south in duck n. C. To turn left onto wood duck drive. As I approached the turn, my brakes failed and I went into the parking area of 1324 duck road. I could hit a parked truck or house. I hit the truck. The airbags didnt deploy. None of them. It was a head on collision. My car was totaled. Another driver rand a red light and I (t-boned his passenger side) was in a head on collision. I was breaking at the time, but still imagine I hit him at between 30-40 mph. The front end crumpled as expected but the airbags did not deploy. Firefighters cut power to prevent the airbags from deploying unexpectedly afterwards. My vehicles airbags did not deploy I was hit by an 18 wheeler at a high rate of speed. The vehicle had at least 2 rear end hits by this 18 wheeler estimated at a speed in excess of 25 miles per hour faster than mine (I was going at 70mph northbound on us 75, nine miles south of tulsa oklahoma on a sunny Monday at 3pm). On August 17, 2018 I was traveling westbound on IL route 83 and I entered an intersection at IL route 83 and torrance avenue at lynwood, IL on a green traffic signal. A driver without a drivers license was traveling south on torrance avenue and entered the intersection on a red signal. I applied the brakes on my car but was unable to stop and my car hit the other drivers car in the side. The airbags in my car did not deploy.

September 13, 2017 my daughter had a wreck. She ran off the side of the road and overcorrected running into several culverts and a ditch slamming into a utility pole almost dead center of the car. Doing the speed limit of 55 or less none of the air bags deployed nor did the seat belt lock causing her to slam her chest into the steering wheel and hit the rear view mirror with the left side of her face. Our 2008 Toyota Avalon was rammed from the rear with full force from a Honda crv going 40 mph. The Avalon was slowing down to allow a groundhog to cross on a straight 2 lane road at the time, but the driver of the Honda behind seems to have been a distracted driver because she did not stop accelerating. The driver of the Avalon suffered head, neck, back and hip injuries and was transported by ambulance to the hospital. The damage to both vehicles is extensive-pictures of the Avalon attached. The Honda airbag deployed, saving that driver from injury. The airbag of the Toyota did not deploy-clearly malfunctioning and could have prevented some of the injuries if it had deployed properly. There is a police report but it is not available to us yet. The insurance companies are working on the claim. No repairs have been made yet and it is not clear whether it is 'totaled'.

All witness descriptions of the incident and my own description of what happened were exactly the same. She was found at fault and we both were transported on backboards with c collars to closest hospital. I have injured spine(cervical, thoracic, lumbar), bilateral injuries to shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, fingers, knees, femoral ball and socket joints, migraines, inability to get full night's rest, memory loss-search for words & just plain don;t remember things I may have done-what I had for breakfast or if I even ate breakfast; what someone has told me; what happened on a tv show or movie; experiencing frustration, anxiety, fear of dying in a car wreck-paramedic told me if I had not been in the size car I was in that I would have been a pile of broken bones or dead; the at-fault driver was also taken to hospital the same way I was; her airbags did not depoly either; impacted her car, a 1998 Toyota Avalon.
