The contact owns a 2008 Toyota Camry solara. After being parked in the garage for eight hours, the vehicle caught fire. The fire destroyed the laundry room, the garage, and the vehicle. The fire caused $200,000 worth of damage to the home. A fire report was filed and the contact has pictures available. The investigators stated that the fire originated in the dashboard. Signal lights and emergency flashers defected (won't flash). Replace fuses and under the brake pedal part (don't know the correct name) several times and it work for maybe two weeks, then stop. Mechanic stated its an electrical problem; also hear like a frying noise when using signals and sometimes when just driving. Inside car light works when it wants too. Replace with recommended fuse and works for a day and stops.

Electronic gas mileage calculator is off by 4. 5 miles per gallon. If followed you would run out of gas 50 to 60 miles before they say you should. 2004 Toyota xle. Oyota said, " it's supposed to be a little off", my Cadillac was a little off 1 to 2 tenths of a mile per gallon. I asked them to fix it and there answer is they can't. When I asked what should I do, they said, " whatever you want to do" . I paid extra for the xle features.

Car stalled on highway at 45 mph, steering and lights worked, stall caused collision-3 people hurt. The dealer does not know why car stalled. Car could not start until after a computer chip was replaced. But when car was running and we pulled the chip the car continued to run. No one knows why car stalled. The convertable top leaked water, brought to dealer back three times. But now the convertible top does not come up on windshield flush-brought back to dealer five times still working on it. The front brakes began squeaking and pulling at 5000 miles. This is my 4th new car never happened before.
