Front Air Bag Sensor Control Problems of Cadillac Escalade

Taka ta recall, I was driving my vehicle hit a speed bump and my airbag in my steering wheel came out and inflated and my stability control light has been a probleum. At this time I didn't no what to do, so I called roadside for a tow truck. My sensors have been coming on every since. Can something be done to help with my situation.

Tl takata recall. The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac Escalade esv. While operating the vehicle, the air bag sensor remained illuminated and "service air bag" was displayed. The failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer and local dealer (crest Cadillac, 12800 west capital dr, brooksville, WI) were notified of the failure. The contact stated that he received a recall notice for NHTSA campaign number: 16v381000 (air bags) in June of 2016. The contact was informed that the parts to repair the failure were not available. Tl- the contact owns a 2005 Cadillac Escalade. The contact stated that after starting the vehicle the service air bag sensor light would illuminate indicating a failure to the air bag system. Tl- the contact owns a 2004 Cadillac Escalade esv. The contact stated that while traveling 58 mph in the rain and had to swerve to prevent from hitting a dear. The contact then hit two tree stomps with the front end of the vehicle where the sensors for the air bags were located and flipped onto the front end/hood of the vehicle, over onto the driver side and back on its wheels. The police took a report and the contact was taken to the hospital with injuries to their head and neck. The contact stated that none of the air bags in the vehicle deployed during the accident. The contact was taken to a repair shop, but no reason was given for the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. Rl.

Tl- the contact owns a 2005 Cadillac Escalade. The contact stated that while driving approximately 60 mph, the speedometer read that the vehicle was traveling 20 mph. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the instrument cluster was faulty. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. In addition, the contact indicated that the air bag sensor light had illuminated. The failure mileage was 180. 000. Pam.

I was just going on a strat street at 25mpr . All at once all the rear airbags deployed and on star called to see if I was ok . I have tried to work it out with gm and I was told a sensor found a problem but wouldn't tell me what . My children have to ride in this SUV. Please help if you look on the internet gm is having airbag problems with Cadillac esc. . . .

My 2008 Cadillac Escalade ext hit on drivers side wheel well and drivers side door, I have two curtain airbags on this side and they did not deploy. Both of my front wheels were detached due to the impact of a mid-size Mini van at a rate of over 40 miles per hr. Just a cause for concern since the sensor was located in the area of the impact. Was informed by a local dealership that a similar make & model had both curtain airbags deploy due to owner simply running a 6inch curb.
