Navigational (global Positioning System) Gps Problems of Chevrolet Cruze

I believe there is a gps tracking device associated with the electrical components of sirius/onstar still active in my car. I had my radio removed at a Chevrolet dealership in raleigh, north carolina (6/30/2015); because it appeared that this sirius/radio/onstar component installed by the manufacturer was causing distractions; allowing tracking and harassment while living for less than 8 months in raleigh, north carolina. There was a continuous buzzing noise that emanated out of my apartment on the first floor of the briargate claremont apartment complex and somehow it was connected with some computer equipment I had. I ditched my computer equipment, microsoft operating system; some other harassing events occurred orchestrated by the blacks in raleigh; the radio was disconnected at a raleigh dealership (2015) and the buzzing noise ceased until the last several weeks when I was driving towards the united states postal service airway heights post office near one of the only highway islands, geiger road, in the spokane area. I know there are many islands located in the state of idaho but the state of washington does not have that many. Geiger road intersection near the united states post office airway heights does have an island and this is where an incessant buzzing noise (just like I experienced while living at the briargate claremont apartments in raleigh, n. C. ) loudly started to sound. This is somewhat of a sparsely populated area of washington; however, it was a major distraction while I was driving and there were no other apple devices on in my car at the time. I had shut off my apple iphone, placed it in the trunk of my car next to the spare tire -- the apple device was shut off). A black man in his old Cadillac(maybe Cadillac) arrived behind my car at the post office)I investigated to see if there was a gps tracking device planted on my car. This activated some type of "black power" working out of Chevrolet, general motors.

The speedometer in this vehicle is located in a very dangerous way. It is not possible to safely view the speedometer while the car is in motion. As a consequence, driving this vehicle is equivalent to driving a vehicle which has no speedometer. The speedometer of this vehicle is located far to the right of center in the instrument panel. The temperature and fuel gages are located in the center. While the vehicle is in motion, it is not possible to safely view the speedometer. It requires the driver to 1) lower his view from the windshield, 2) track his view to the right until the speedometer comes into view, 3) move his head around because the speedometer is obstructed by the upper right quadrant of the steering wheel. Reading this speedometer requires the driver to look away from the roadway for a dangerous interval of time. Even worse, when the driver lifts his gaze back to the windshield, he not looking at the center of his track, but over the vehicles right front headlight towards the shoulder of the road. This vehicle is an accident waiting to happen. I drove this vehicle as a rental car. I was able to place a gps on the vehicle windshield and use the speed indication of the gps in place of the unusable speedometer. Without the gps speed indication, it would have been very dangerous to drive this vehicle.

The Chevrolet Cruze 2011 is compromised by hacking and tampering and allows for the endangerment of the drive, other motor vehicle drivers or pedestrians. The radio antenna will sound off and constantly make a roaming noise as if being accessed. This is at every stop sign and every stop light or every destination reached by gps markers. The Cruze system is allowing the 24/7 tracking when it is used and tampering with the intent to cause malfunction or annoyance. The throttle is being cut off deliberately at stop signs, and traffic lights and destinations, the radio antenna will constantly make a roaming noise "searching or access". The vehicle is deliberately being used for stalking blacks for hate crimes while testing out vehicle halting systems by clearly satellite. This has happened 100 or so times in the 3 year I have had the vehicle and there is no remedy. When other persons use my own vehicle these issue do not arise and I have confirmed this with other owners, my vehicle is a unique occurrence that involves also a hate crime in public, police stalking, law enforcement stalking, home stalking and tampering of all electronic devices I own or use in my home. This car is not safe and the throttle cut offs are deliberate and specific. The throttle as I said already is cut off at a stop sign or mid acceleration with the intent to remove operator control and halt the vehicle. The lights are turned on and off on their own on one occasion. I have had other people test the car, these things do not occur even while I am in the passenger side. Only when I am the sole individual driving the vehicle alone is the throttle cut off and the lights tampered with including the antenna for stalking and tracking where I go. This is my second filing to address white supremacy under the color or law that interferes with personal property and use and control of property.

In 2012 I started having issues with my vehicle "Chevrolet Cruze 2011" and the vehicle is now or has been under gps based surveillance. The vehicles surveillance became aware to me during 2013 when I noticed constant beeping sounds. These were not the chime sounds indicating "vehicle service needed", these are post beeps or "hard drive access". The post beeps indicate access to the vehicles electronics system and compromising "electrical safety" and "sole operator owner" abilities. Any time I step near the vehicle it would "sound off" indicating I approached the vehicle. Any time any other person approached the vehicle it would not "sound off". Any time I enter the vehicle the,car would "sound off". Any time any other persons would enter the vehicle it would not "sound off". When beginning a trip the vehicle would "sound off". When reaching a stop or destination the vehicle would "sound off". When stopping at a stop light the or any stop sign or vehicle halt the vehicle would "sound off". The vehicles electrical system has been compromised, allowing malfunction and alterations of vehicle calibration "assumption". I have had electrical flaws within the vehicle such as the fans never shutting off since the stalking began. Sounding off would be the audible post beeping hdd access sound, indicating information transfer within the vehicles computer system. This event is unheard of, and is undocumented on the internet, I also was able to verify with others that was not a noticeable event. This is a deliberate targeting and isolated harassment of myself and my personal life from a unknown source remotely.
