Engine Grinding Noise Problems of Chevrolet Impala

Tl- the contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. The contact stated that while making a left turned at a low speed, a grinding sound was coming from the engine. The brake assist, traction control, stability control and abs warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or an independent mechanic for a diagnostic testing of the failure. Tl the contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Impala. While driving at unknown speeds and making a left turn, the vehicle stalled. Additionally, there was an abnormal grinding noise. The traction control and anti-lock brakes indicators were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (reeder Chevrolet, 4301 clinton hwy, knoxville, TN 37912, (865) 297-4310) where it was diagnosed that the speed sensor and sub-assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 85,000.

The oil pan leaks oil when not in motion and possibly while in motion. Additionally when motion the steering makes a grinding noise when turning (the sound appears to come from the steering box).

When I am driving down any road, stopped and turning the abs system engages causing grinding noise. Loss of power and periodically brakes lock up and gas pedal locks. When pulling off from a stop I can not accelerate & rpm goes almost red line, car starts to jerk and and transmission doesn't shift. I have to let off gas pedal and allow to shift. It has stalled numorus times when pulling into traffic and almost caused me to be hit. The service traction control/abs warning light dings and stays lit. I manually turn off abs but problem still occurs. Also the wiring thru out the car has failed to my rearview mirror, domelights and radio panel. My gas mileage has significantly decreased. The problem started around the beginning of the year and has progressively gotten worse to the point I and scared to drive my car.

Accelerator response time takes too long to re-accelerate . After letting off gas then re-applying pedal while driving, response time should be 800 mili seconds for an electronic accelerator but , it is way longer and makes car backfire at times if I hold pedal after the lag in response . This causes car to lunge and could cause me to get rear ended or damage engine. Second, rubbing grinding noise (not loud) from right front and more noticeable while traveling at 35-40 mph around a left bend in road or by moving steering wheel to left about an inch while driving straight down road. Dealer claimed no problem found on either issue , although they claimed to have replaced a strut bearing on right front. There must have been a previous issue judging by the worn tire before I purchased car. I figured it was an alignment problem that may have been fixed because car didnt pull to one side and drove straight , but apparently there is still an issue and noise is slowly getting more noticeable unless I'm just tuned into it.
