The contact owns a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu. The contact stated that she could barely see at night while driving due to poor lighting. The contact stated that the headlights illuminated very dimly. The vehicle was not taken to have the failure diagnosed or repaired. The contact also stated that she smelled a fuel odor upon starting the vehicle. The smell became more pronounced when the air conditioner was turned on. The vehicle was taken to an independent repair shop, but they were unable to diagnose the failure. The contact also noticed an occasional fuel leak when the vehicle was parked.
