Engine light came on, and the dealership could not determine a cause for problem. Then, while backing up at approximately 5 mph, engine light came on, and steering control was lost. On-star representative stated that anti-theft device came on and caused the engine to shut off. Consumer had to use the emergency brake to stop vehicle on one occasion when the brakes failed.

Brakes intermittently work, usally in wet climate. While traveling at 60-65 mph brakes won't work. Pumping & applying pressure when brakes are wet makes it very hard to stop, and vehicle will come to a screaching halt. Dealer & manufacturer are aware of the problem, but will not react to consumer's problem.

Rear and front rotor bad, rotor and pads wer half worn at 14,250 miles, resulting in vibration.
The brake pedal goes all the way to the floor. Without prior warning there is noise coming from the rear window.
