So by looking at the NHTSA website, the info was there that stated there was a recall, but the replacement parts weren't available,as a new owner of this vehicle, how can I be assured to know that I will be contacted when the parts are available??also what can I do to keep my family safe until the repair is complete??.
Takata recall, my service air bag light is on and after reading about previous deaths from airbag malfunctions I don't feel like my vehicle is safe. The slightest bump could lead to my death and there's no remedy yet?.
I have taken my vehicle to the dealership three times because my airbag light kept turning on. Supposedly it was fixed but now the airbag light is on again and I have a message on my screen that says" service air bag"! it is frustrating to have to pay so much money for a new vehicle and to have such problems at such an early stage of the vehicles regular maintenance.
