The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. At 4,000 miles the indicator light for the four wheel drive illuminated and stayed on for 2 to 3 days until it was repaired. At 11,000 miles the vehicle over heated, and the water pump had to be replaced. Under 20,000 miles the front brakes failed, and it was hard to stop the vehicle at a normal distance. On 04/30/2007 while driving 75 mph, the abs indicator light came on, an hour later the right front end of the truck shook and the engine shut off. The vehicle currently has 52,000 miles , and began failing at 4,000 miles.

I have a 2005 chevy silverado crew cab 4 door with 48000 miles and I have noticed the transmission hesitating on take off . I have a keyless entry and sometimes my rear doors will not unlock with remote or door switches an I have to manually un lock them . I also notices last night in traffic with a/c off the temp got above 210 deg. F.

Cooling system plugged up on 1997 chevy w/t 4. 3 v6 dexcool
took to dealer- flushed system- ruined truck (used coolant with gasoline from that point forward had to refill coolant constantly)
I gave up on truck and traded it in. Amount of loss- paid 9000. 00- owned 13 months- got 4300. 00 for net trade. 4700. 00 loss.
