Warning Light On Problems of Chevrolet Suburban

Started about 3 weeks ago, driver airbag warning light appeared on dash. Reset it and alert stayed off for a while and then stayed on constantly. Took vehicle to be repaired, awaiting parts. Dealer stated it was airbag in the overhead area of the driver. I don't know if vehicle part has been inspected. Awaiting completion of the repair.

Airbag warning light comes on and off intermittently and dealer cannot find problem. It will come on when starting car and go off or stay on when driving. Started happening at 55000mi. Now 153000 and still intermittent.

Takata recall: airbag warning light remains illuminated. Crack and dash bulge on passenger side front dash. Vehicle was stationary and parked in driveway. The vehicle was bought used in 2013 from cable dahmer Buick GMC of independence, mo. Label on driver's side door states it was manufactured in texas, and it was registered in texas by previous owner.

An airbag icon warning light keeps apprearing and disappearing on the dashboard. This has been going on for a couple of years. I believe that there is a defect in the airbag system but my vehicle does not appear to have a recall as of now. This happens almost every week at all times.
