Then I keep hear this popping noise that come from hub and shocks and nothing on my dash works 1st it started off by I couldnt see what gear I was in. My driver seat u push the button to go forward it moves the seat back. My heat blower has something wrong with and it has something to do with this purple wire on the floor bored. Now my truck cant get on the free way because every thime I get on the freeway and on the free way four more then 10-15 min my truck just shuts off. My heated seated only stay on for 1 to 2 min and then keeps shutting off. My back seats dont let down at all. Then at the bottom of my truck where the oil pan is for some reason there is always alot of oil all over at the bottom like someone just dip my truck in a big bowl of oil. Then when my ignition where the yellow black and red wire go to the top of my ignition the black plug is real lose and can't replace at all. And with everything on now with my income im already out of $5,000 already for parts and labor this is mu only car I have and I really need my car right now dont have money to go buy a new truck or car. Wow. I am seeing all my same issues so thought I better enter my info as well. First the horn was all of a sudden blaring without anyone being in it in the middle of the night 2. 5 years ago and now I do not have a horn, and none of the controls work on the steering wheel including the radio and cruise control (I question if the air bag is active on the driver side because of this). Then, the rear lift gate all of a sudden will not open (maybe last winter). 6 months ago, the indicators on the dash are out so I can't see my odometer or anything else you can access on the dash. Recently the passenger side window just randomly fell off the track. Recently, everything on the driver's side door does not work electrically: power door lock, and power window. And I find that gm will not address at a minimum the electrical issues? not good.

While driving my 2012 Tahoe my vehicle shut off and I went to hit my brakes to stop I had no brakes so as I was coming to a curve I couldn't turn the wheel , luckily I wasn't driving at a fast speed . I was going 30 so I had to wait for vehicle to stop and put in park and restarted vehicle , it did start back up but now my service air bag light is on.

I have a 1996 chevy Tahoe which I have been the original owner since new. I recently had maintenance performed on the vehicle and had the shop check the drivers side air bag because the check air bag indicator light was coming on during the operation of the vehicle. The repair shop indicated to me that the sensor needed to be replaced but the sensor was no longer available even after a states wide search was performed. I contacted general motors only to find out the part has been discontinued and no replacement part is available. The part number from gm is #16162465 and there is no after market parts. Is general motors still responsible for a replacement part for this required safety item or what do you suggest I do to correct this problem?.

There is a recall on my car that is incomplete and remedy not yet available. Service airbag light is on.
"takata recall" the service airbag light is on in my 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe and when I called a gm dealership they said there isn't anything that they can do about it because the remedy is not yet available. However my vehicle wont pass inspection until the light is off and airbags are fixed. I received my letter from gm about this recall in 2016 and it stated that they wouldn't fix it unless the light came on and now that the service light is on I feel unsafe to drive it and worry about inspection when it comes due.

Takata recall- my service airbag light recently came on shortly after starting the vehicle. This is the second time this problem has occurred over the past two summers. The first time this problem occurred I brought my vehicle to the dealership where they preformed a airbag scan. I was told no codes were present. The airbag light was then reset and I haven't had any issues until recently. I have read about the known potentially deadly issues associated with the passenger airbag deflators. I live in houston TX where the summers hot and humid. I have read that these areas are at greater risk due to issues arising in hot and humid climates. I plan on bringing my car back to the dealership soon. I'm sure I will be told that since the recall is pending I will be responsible for paying for the repairs. I'm a father of two. . . Does takata want families to role the dice with loved ones lives while paperwork is filed or parts become available??? how many lives have to be lost before there is a solution to this recall?.

Service air bag light randomly turns on and off for no reason. Code b1019 at dealership. So they replaced the module. $900. Still having random light on and off. They say they cant fix it without the light being on. I took it back in with the light on, he cleared the code and now says he needs it to come back on again. Help. I don't feel safe after reading everything about takata recall. Only have 63,000 miles.

Never had a issue until today, but my service airbag light came on and so did a message that said, service airbag on the message board.
Takata recall - we took our Tahoe to the dealership because the airbag light was on. Dealer told us the airbag would need to be replaced at a cost of $1000. We searched the internet to see if the airbag was under recall. We contacted gm on 12/26/17 and were told by quel that the airbag would be replaced for free. We were contacted by andrea on 1/02/18 and were told it was not under recall and that the repair would not be free. Upon further conversation andrea told me that gm did not have a remedy for the airbag and therefore would not replace it. My airbag seems to fit all the descriptions we read for the recall (year model, front passenger, etc. ) I can not understand why they are unwilling to fix the problem.

My service airbag light is on.
Takata recall. Airbag light going on and off constantly. Also dashboard cracking all over and pieces coming out which can be dangerous in an accident!.
Takata recall. This recall is taking too long and gm needs to find a remedy ASAP. I the airbag light comes on from time to time while I am driving my Tahoe and I am worried that it may be faulty and if I were to be involved in a accident it will not work or worse cause serious injury or death to me, the driver, as the lawsuit states that it may.
Takata recall - my Tahoe has been under recall for over a year now and my service airbag light is on in the dash. I have contacted dublin Chevrolet for the repairs and they keep telling me that the parts are not available. I have afraid that if I do have an accident that the air bags may not work or may even go off with no accident occurring. I feel this could be life threatening and want this to be corrected immediately as I have no intention of selling my Tahoe in the near future. I have grandchildren that ride with me ( all of whom are over age 12) and I fear for their safety as well. I am not happy at all with the way that Chevrolet, general motors, or my local dealership is handling this situation. I have had the recall notice since July of 2016 and the air bag light has been on since before then. My dash has also cracked and broken in several places next to where the passenger air bag is located in the dash and I think this may be connected to the air bag situation.

( takata recall)my airbag light is on and I heard about the recall I want it replaced before somebody gets hurt.
Takata recall is necessary my airbag light is on upon starting vehicle along with service airbag warning. I am afraid that this is an unsafe condition that should be repaired at no cost to me as there seems to be many other complaints on this same issue.
My airbag light turned on about 9 months ago, I took it to the car dearship and they advise that the airbag infact have a recall, but they dont have the fix. What is this? how can I pay so much for a vehicle to drive unsave, that at any minute they could deflate, or if something happens I could be killed in an accident, because of their malfunction. I need a resolution on this matter ASAP. I have 2 kids and I drive 1 hour to work and back six days a week.
