Starter Solenoid Problems of Chevrolet Tahoe

The rear lift gate solenoid goes bad which prevents rear window and door from unlocking. I have done extensive research online and have discovered that many people are having this same issue on 05 and 06 Tahoe, suburban, hummer and yukons which I'm assuming are using the same part. This seems very dangerous in case of emergency.

Continuation of same problem after eight (8) documented repairs by Chevrolet motor division. This last incident resulted in a non-0injury collision, where my vehicle sustained damage. See previous complaint: odi 10253010 vehicle maintains and increases in acceleration with no application to the gas pedal.
