Tl the contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. While driving 20 mph, the engine stalled, shut off, and the vehicle rolled to a stop. All of the electrical systems shut off, including the power steering. The vehicle was able to restart a few minutes later and the contact drove to work. Pine belt Chevrolet (1088 NJ-88, lakewood, NJ 08701, (732) 523-0826) stated that there was no recall and scheduled a diagnostic appointment for April 12, 2019. The manufacturer had not been contacted. The failure mileage was 118,000.
The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler 200. While driving approximately 40 mph, the vehicle jerked and suddenly stopped. The contact stated that the parking brake and service air bag indicators illuminated. In addition, when the contact applied the seat belt, the seat belt indicator did not register. The contact called dupage Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram (433 e n Ave, glendale heights, IL 60139, (630) 446-1400), but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. The failure mileage was 74,239.
