1 Instrument Panel Failure problem

Tl- the contact owns a 2010 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated while driving approximately 65 mph with the cruise control activated, the instrument panel began to malfunction and the engine stalled. The vehicle restarted independently but the failure recurred multiple times. The contact stated that the abs, brake and traction control warning lights had illuminated intermittently while driving and the radio would shut off or transmission would become stuck in gear. The vehicle had been taken to an independent mechanic for a diagnosis of the failure. The mechanic stated that there was electrical failure present but was unable to diagnose the failure. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the approximate failure mileage was 51,000. Pam.

2 Instrument Panel Failure problem

Failure Date: 09/19/2011

The contact owns a 2010 Chrysler town and country. The contact stated that the interior and exterior lighting, as well as the instrument panel failed during engine start up. The contact stated that the vehicle was recently repaired under NHTSA campaign id number:11v139000 (electrical system:ignition). The manufacturer was contacted but the vehicle was not further repaired. The failure mileage was 33,645 and the current mileage was 35,645. . .
