Everytime the van is driven through a small puddle or heavy rain, serpentine belt comes off. It does not break. It slides off the pulley. As a result, power steering is lost immediately and water temperature rapidly rises. Extremely dangerous in heavy traffic where there is not a place to pull over quickly.
