Defogger Problems of Dodge Caravan

The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Caravan. While the vehicle was parked, the contact turned on the air conditioner and noticed a gurgling and humming noise. The contact stated that she was told that it was supposed to make that sound when she purchased it used. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was informed that the blend door would not open, causing the sound. Furthermore, at times, when the contact turned on the air conditioner, heat would be emitted. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was 39,622 and the current mileage was 56,327.

As soon as vehicle is started up and starts to move carbon monoxide fumes start to come through the ventilation system, choking the consumer. Dealer has tried to remedy the problem, but can't find the source.

Hvac blower fan only works on high. Lower speeds work intermittently. Needs third replacement.
