While driving on the highway with my 14-year-old child as a passenger, the vehicle began shaking/jerking and losing power. I activated hazard lights and exited; the car continued to struggle and is now parked due to safety concerns. O’reilly scan p0304 (cylinder 4 misfire). This occurred 12,703 miles after a dealer-performed tune-up (spark plugs x6) at cable dahmer cdjr (kansas city, mo). Same-day after that service I returned, reported drivability issues, and the dealer claimed ‘no problem. ’ in Feb 2025 they recommended spark plugs again; in March 2025 management emailed that my ‘tune-up appears it hasn’t been done yet’ (contradicting the invoice). The dealer now refuses to treat this as a continuation without a $199 diagnostic. Vehicle is not being driven due to safety concerns. -engine/ignition system-cylinder 4 misfire (spark plug/coil) causing loss of power at highway speed.

I drove to regal cinema hacienda crossing for a 3:20 pm movie. Upon returning to the car, I noticed extremely slow and inconsistent responses from both the accelerator and the brake, making the vehicle nearly uncontrollable. I decided to drive cautiously toward the stoneridge Dodge service center via [xxx] and exited at [xxx] . At the intersection of [xxx] and [xxx] , I stopped at a red light. When the light turned green, the car failed to move forward despite pressing the accelerator. After several seconds, it suddenly surged forward uncontrollably, and when I pressed the brake, the response was delayed—the car continued moving into the intersection before it abruptly stopped. Fortunately, there was no collision, but the situation could easily have resulted in a serious accident. I parked nearby to inspect the vehicle and observed a yellow battery warning light on the dashboard and also a red word warning "the car is not ready to drive". After shutting off the car, I heard a mechanical noise lasting about 30 seconds. When I restarted it and shifted into reverse, the car instead moved forward slowly. After turning the engine off and restarting again, the warning light disappeared and the car seemed to return to normal. Given the danger, I chose to drive home slowly rather than continue to the service center. I feel this is a very serious incident that worth to report, to avoid the same issue that might have happened at other drivers' side. Besides the above issue, this car had been experienced 4 times false engine start up, I sent the car to Dodge service, they said they cannot duplicate the error so they returned my car and the leasing company stellantis dispute the repurchase requirement. I suspect it was the Charger issue(the Charger also provided by stellantis), I stop using the Charger at home but only use the public Charger. The issue happened on [xxx] Friday afternoon. Now I stopped use this car anymore. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).
I was sitting at an exit from a store waiting to pull out into an intersection. Full foot on the brake, and I know for certain I wasn't accidentally hitting the accelerator because on the first "jump" I checked to make sure. It lurched through the brakes multiple times bucking like a cammed car would. Then threw all these warning lights, turtle icon came up saying speed limited, and the collision lights came on as well as traction control was disabled. Shut off and wouldn't power back on for a few minutes leaving the entire front half of my car sitting in oncoming traffic. I've had this issue since day one. At first I thought it was from having the seats back in the furthest most position, but after testing its not. One of my friends legs got caught when trying to get out causing him to fall. Another's entire body was pinched because they cant get out in under 5 seconds. . If you have children do not put them in the back if you are having this issue. There is no safety mechanism in place and you have to way for the seat to go back all the way and reset the setback to get it to move forward again. Quickest solution I've found to get someone out in this situation is to allow it to fully adjust back, and manually adjusting the seat forward. I have not been able to charge the vehicle consistently at any stations since purchase in 8/28. I would get nonstop errors, having to un-plug and re-plug in the vehicle every 5-10%, sometimes not even working at all. I've been left stranded with less than 5% left and when I returned to the dealership to get an emergency charge just to get home they called the police on me and trespassed me from their lot. . I've only been able to get it to work at a Tesla Charger once. I've used multiple different adapters from amazon including the dewalt and lectron adapters. The only one that's worked so far is the Charger in easton, MD with the magic dock connector already installed.

While driving at highway speeds the vehicle suddenly dropped into "limp mode" causing the vehicle to start slowing down very quickly since I had regeneration breaking set to level 2. Causing the vehicle behind me to almost rear end me but they moved out of the way quick enough that no collision happened. I was able to turn on my hazard lights and roll to safety. After powering off the vehicle, exiting, locking it and later re-entering it was I able to drive it home normally. During this time the airbag error came up and a service electrical system error. The vehicle is currently parked and I can't move it. When I purchased the vehicle I was told all existing recalls were serviced but never received documents. The limp mode came without warning. It was raining at the time of failure.
Alternator and battery have now had to be replaced three times within the past year. It appears to be the same issues, other Dodge Chargers with a recall having. However, this VIN number is not on that recall list.

The contact owns a 2025 Dodge Charger. The contact stated that the instrument cluster became inoperable while driving at an undisclosed speed at night. The contact pulled over, turned off, and restarted the vehicle, but the failure persisted. The contact stated that the instrument cluster became operable after recharging the vehicle at the residence. Additionally, the contact stated that the windows only rolled down or rolled up halfway, and the driver's side door had failed to latch securely. The door opened unintentionally after being closed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was serviced; however, the dealer was unable to correct the window failure because a fix was not available. Additionally, the contact stated that while assisting his son out of the vehicle through the driver's side door, the contact moved the front driver's side seat forward; however, the seat unexpectedly moved back, causing the torso of the contact's son to be trapped between the door and the seat. There was no injury sustained. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the contact was informed that the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer, where Dodge technicians inspected the vehicle and informed the contact that there was no fix for the failure. The contact stated that the front passenger's side seat also started to experience the failure. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times, but the vehicle could not be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that buyback assistance would be provided after the contact had paid an amount to compensate for the negative equity of the vehicle. The contact declined because he had purchased an unsafe vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 300.
Last Friday on my way home from lunch, my car went into turtle mode randomly as I was at stop light. Luckily, I was literally a half mile away from the dealership, so I limped to the dealership and parked it right in the service station. One of the service advisors immediately plugged in the computer to pull up the codes. The dealership was great and gave me a loaner and told me they had a special technician coming in on Tuesday to look at a different car and would have him take a look at mine. Well, the service manager called me today and said that the technician looked at the code and apparently Dodge knows about the issue and is working on an update, but currently there is nothing they can do to fix it. He told me the update should be available in 4-6 weeks according to the tech. He gave me the customer care number and told me to contact them. He said he informed tech advisors and district managers of my situation. The code is p3034-00, if anyone is interested.
Sudden reduction in power event. Happened day after latest software update. Harsh slowdown with multiple lamps. "reduced power" "brake regeneration disabled" unable to read battery percentage" almost got rear ended. Also believe the service electrical system lamp has been disabled.
Cluster info not working as it should.

Car was 1. 5 weeks old, purchased brand new. Had several electrical glitches in the days prior, which went away. Pulled into my son's little league game, and the car just started flashing all lights on the dash, then said 'service transmission'. Gear shifter flashing, could not put the vehicle into park or any gear, it was like tit was stuck between park and drive. Anyhow, here it is, in the shop already after 800 miles of ownership. Quite disappointed. Apparently this has been happening a lot to new Dodge Charger daytona ev owners. Extremely common.
Ting to formally report an ongoing and unresolved safety issue with my vehicle that poses a serious risk both to myself and others on the road. The core issue appears to involve high-voltage faults and can bus voltage exceeding threshold limits—likely tied to the vehicle’s telematics system. Despite this, the vehicle is currently not communicating properly, and the diagnostics data are inconsistent or inaccessible. Here are the key concerns: •the vehicle has shut down multiple times while in motion, creating a dangerous situation. •it is only achieving ~10 mpg, a drastic drop from expected efficiency. •I was explicitly told not to drive it until the problem is resolved due to safety concerns. •the dealership has refused to repair the issue and has provided false information regarding diagnostic codes, which I’ve recorded for documentation. •this problem has persisted for nearly a year without resolution. At this point, I’m left with a vehicle that is unsafe to operate and a dealer network unwilling to take accountability. I’m requesting a formal investigation into this matter, as it may reflect a broader systemic or manufacturer-level issue affecting others as well. I can provide supporting documentation, service records, and recordings of diagnostic readouts as needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Car is an electric vehicle. 3 times now, it has been unable to start (bricking) and requires towing to the nearest dealer. When attempting to start the vehicle, it flashes warnings about pulling over immediately and that the electrical system must be shut down. Should this occur while in motion, the brakes will immediately lock and present a hazard to nearby motorists and the driver. This is the 3rd time this issue has occurred, and dealers are unsure of what the fix could be. Numerous warning lights flashed across the screen each time the car would not turn on. Including but not limited warning illumination unavailable. Service required. Service electric vehicle system stop safely. Vehicle will shut off soon sos call unavailable. Please visit an authorized dealer.
The vehicle will display any number of warnings and then go into limp mode. The vehicle has been to the dealership 3 times to repair these issues but they have not been able to actually fix anything yet. The scariest aspect was the vehicle going into limp mode, but experiencing continued acceleration while not engaging either the accelerator or the brake pedal. There are numerous service bulletins and repair status issued by stellantis, but their dealer body does not know how to fix the cars. I feel like a stop sale should be ordered until they can get this under control. I'm also sure they won't be able to do the recall while the car is in service this time.
Car would not start on a full charge. Potentially leaving me stranded.
Vehicle: 2013 Dodge Charger r/t I’m reaching out because my car has been showing signs that seem to match the symptoms of the v62 recall that fca issued for the fuel pump relay issue. I have a 2013 Dodge Charger r/t with the 5. 7l hemi engine. Lately, the car has been having trouble starting, especially after it’s been driven and sits in the heat. Sometimes it cranks but won’t turn over, and other times it randomly dies or stalls when I’m coming to a stop. It recently sat for a couple of days and then started again like nothing happened. This keeps happening on and off, and I’ve noticed it’s worse when it’s really hot outside or after it’s been driving a lot I took it to the dealership and they said my specific VIN isn’t part of the recall, but I wanted to report this because it really seems like the same issue. From what I’ve read, the v62 recall had to do with a faulty fuel pump relay that’s built into the tipm and causes exactly these kinds of problems. I understand not all vehicles were included, but since I’m having the same symptoms and my car matches the year, make, and engine that recall applied to, I think it’s something that should be looked into. I’d really appreciate it if this could be reviewed. I just want to make sure my vehicle is safe and functioning properly, especially since the stalling can be risky depending on where and when it happens.

Drove the car home on July 2nd 2025 and plugged it in. July 3rd unplugged the vehicle got in the car and no start with several different warning lights, service electric system, service dampening system and vehicle will shut down soon (although it was not even running). Waited about an hour, returned to vehicle and still nothing "no start". Tried again on July 4th and again no start. Call roadside assistance on July 5th and had the vehicle towed on a flatbed to the dealer. Vehicle has been at the dealer since then and its now July 26th. Dealer says they have run several test on vehicle and they have all failed. So on the 23rd of July I received a call that they had tested the 12v battery and it has also failed so they are going to replace it however it is on back order.
I am reporting serious and recurring electrical and system failures in my leased 2024 Dodge Charger daytona scat pack ev, leased March 18, 2025. The vehicle has consistently experienced critical malfunctions that pose a threat to driver and public safety. The most dangerous issue is intermittent complete power failure. On at least four occasions, the vehicle failed to start or respond to keyless ignition. I was left stranded for 20–40 minutes in various locations with no access to power, movement, or control of the vehicle. These failures occurred without warning and could easily become life-threatening if they happen in traffic or isolated areas. Another severe defect involves the digital instrument cluster and infotainment system. The display screen frequently blacks out or shows static while the vehicle is in use. When this happens, I lose access to critical safety features including the speedometer, turn signals, drive mode indicators, battery range, navigation, and system alerts. I’ve had to drive without visual cues, or speed visibility. On many occasions I nearly struck a barrier due to a blind reverse. The vehicle displays warnings such as “stop safely. Vehicle will shut off soon,” “service electric vehicle system,” and “service transmission” while in motion. These failures have been documented with photo and video evidence and confirmed by a stellantis-authorized dealer. A replacement radio assembly was ordered, but I was told there is no eta, and it could take two months or longer to arrive. In the meantime, I am being told the car is “safe to drive,” despite these repeated system failures. The vehicle has been brought in for repairs four times and is still at the dealership service. The problems have not been resolved, and the issues continue to present a major safety risk.
The vehicle was sold under deceptive business practices. I inspected the vehicle and seen the tire (side wall) was badly damaged and the vehicle did not even run as mentioned in the description. The safety was in jeopardy and the seller made false claims for me to believe the vehicle was safe and ready to drive.

Screen is pushing buttons and overall not working. Turns on heat on seats and will not let me turn them off burning my back with prolong heat. Will turn off my heater and change settings while driving. Has pushed the emergency call button. Changes stations constantly. Doesn’t not allow gos to be used. Tried calling customer services multiple times and it’s is a known issue with almost all and they will not do anything. They pick and choose who’s to fix. Waiting to get a call from dealership if they will inspect it, but Dodge will not cover anything they stated. It started very small with just a spot on the screen that wasn’t a big deal but once it started to progress it went fast and became a safety concern.
Vehicle entered sudden limp mode while merging onto freeway, reducing propulsion to ~30 mph and forcing driver to coast along shoulder. Dash displayed warning: “stop safely. Vehicle will shut off soon. ” multiple system faults appeared (regen, traction, collision fault, wrench light, turtle icon). Vehicle displayed uncommanded acceleration – continued driving without pressing throttle. Vehicles behind were forced to brake abruptly. The incident repeated 4 days later. Vehicle currently remains in dealership custody since may 30. Despite multiple attempts, stellantis engineers have not identified root cause. Possible defects involve throttle position sensor (tps), pedal module, 12v battery grounding, or motor actuator drift. Owner has had no consistent updates or defined fix. Problem remains active and unresolved. Vehicle is now undriveable due to unresolved risk of power loss during highway driving.
1. Headlight low/high beam keeps going out and comes back on. It seems like the wiring harness overheating, bulb is fine but continues to go out and on. 2. Transmission, does a very aggressive down shift at gear 6 it makes the car jump and if it happens too much, my car won't accelerate. . I got it repaired once and it took dealer almost 30 days but it did not fix the problem. . I could not afford to be without my car so I could not take it back to them.

My display screen went completely black. The blind spot warning system does not work at all as well when the display screen went black. It's completely unresponsive, no navigation, radio, entertainment anything. The a/c is on full blast as if it's on defrost as well. And the language for the car went into german for some reason I have no idea why. It was working completely fine this morning when it happened and when I went to turn on the car it stopped working completely.

I was almost rear-ended by a semi when the vehicle stalled at a light while picking my son up from work. It seems to stall at stop signs or waiting at lights completely. It stalls while idling here and there sometimes. Sometimes when driving on the e-way it jerks as it wants to stall but not completely. The main codes that pop up is u0100. Sometimes p0700 pops up and then sometimes the u0100 pops up along with a bunch of other codes. This has just started happening with my previous 2006 Dodge Charger 5. 7 which has happened once or twice and a u0100 code pops up when scanned. I've scoured the internet for solutions and notice. There's a lot of people going through this similar situation and it so happens to be the 2006 year that's plagued with this problem. Even getting a new pcm doesn't solve the problem. Whomever is in charge of the Dodge company needs to figure out the exact cause of this problem before a driver/passengers gets injured or killed in an accident because of it. Please put some fire under their butt.
