My display screen went completely black. The blind spot warning system does not work at all as well when the display screen went black. It's completely unresponsive, no navigation, radio, entertainment anything. The a/c is on full blast as if it's on defrost as well. And the language for the car went into german for some reason I have no idea why. It was working completely fine this morning when it happened and when I went to turn on the car it stopped working completely.

I was almost rear-ended by a semi when the vehicle stalled at a light while picking my son up from work. It seems to stall at stop signs or waiting at lights completely. It stalls while idling here and there sometimes. Sometimes when driving on the e-way it jerks as it wants to stall but not completely. The main codes that pop up is u0100. Sometimes p0700 pops up and then sometimes the u0100 pops up along with a bunch of other codes. This has just started happening with my previous 2006 Dodge Charger 5. 7 which has happened once or twice and a u0100 code pops up when scanned. I've scoured the internet for solutions and notice. There's a lot of people going through this similar situation and it so happens to be the 2006 year that's plagued with this problem. Even getting a new pcm doesn't solve the problem. Whomever is in charge of the Dodge company needs to figure out the exact cause of this problem before a driver/passengers gets injured or killed in an accident because of it. Please put some fire under their butt.

The car has had over 5 batteries in the last year and 3 in the last 2 months. Something is constantly draining the battery in my car and making them go very bad. Also the car will be dead if I park it too long because of the electrical issue and it’s been a huge problem for me.

My safety & the safety of others was at great risk while driving my 2018 Dodge Charger sxt. While driving my dashboard lights went completely dark and the steering wheel locked. I was unable to move out of lanes threatening my life and the life of others around me. Independent mechanic put scanner in my car days later and code that appeared was “u0100 lost communication with ecm/pcm” I looked up my VIN # on mopar. Com and noticed my vehicle did have a “important safety recall: reprogram powertrain control modulel”.
My abs, brake & esc lights all came on at the same time on my dash. Took my car to a reputable mechanic and they told me that my abs module needed to be replaced but they were no longer available. So now I have to drive my car and worry about my brakes locking up if I have to come to a sudden stop for some reason since the anti-lock brakes are not working.
The battery keeps dying. The vehicle is draining the battery while it is not running.
Uconnect system (stereo/radio) is ghost touching and is impairing my driving as it’ll automatically blast my a/c or heat , or worse calls people in my contacts list who I wouldn’t call. . Causing me to worry more about my stereo/phone more than driving. It turns my heat up on high as well as my heated seat in the 100 degree weather. Changes my radio stations at a rapid rate and removes my backup camera and other features while I am driving.
Something wrong in the fuel system. Gas guage incorrect and when putting fuel in sometimes it spits it back out without having full tank.

The uconnect system in my vehicle has been delaminating and has been causing several issues in my vehicle where the blindspot detectors are not working properly and the back up camera is not working properly to notify me and alert me with whistles and chimes if a vehicle is driving behind me while I’m backing up or if a pedestrian is on my blindspot crossing near my car. The uconnect system in my vehicle is also causing issues where it is ghost touching and glitching my screen and clicking buttons I’m not clicking. Example trying to change the clock when I’m not clicking anything and when navigation is in, use the system clicks out of maps and starts clicking fm radio. It starts to change stations and put people on hold when I’m on voice connect over the vehicle. It will put someone on mute by itself mostly the fact that the camera is not functioning due to the uconnect being connected with the vehicle and causing it to malfunction. I’m worried it will start to click on other settings in the vehicle. There are many reports with Dodge Jeep, Chrysler, and ram on all forums about this issue. I’ve notified the Dodge dealership and uconnect and all the want to do is have me pay out of pocket for a new system that is $2000 not including labor . The uconnect system should be recalled from all vehicles from 2018-2023 .
Ali omar [408-680-6200] urgent safety concerns with 2017 Dodge Charger daytona - complaint 2c3cdxct3hh5288 hello Dodge corporate, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and deep concern regarding the safety issues I have encountered with my 2017 Dodge Charger daytona, which I purchased as a brand-new vehicle from fremont Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram. I am reaching out to you as the first owner of this vehicle with genuine worries about its safety features and functionality. Recently, I experienced a terrifying situation while driving my Dodge Charger on the highway. At a speed of 75 mph, the vehicle unexpectedly applied the brakes on its own, putting me and other drivers at significant risk of an accident. This erratic behavior is entirely unacceptable and poses a severe threat to both my safety and the safety of others on the road. Moreover, the issues do not end there. On numerous occasions, my Dodge Charger has exhibited erratic behavior, including failure to accelerate, sudden stalling, and a complete blackout of the dashboard display. Despite repeated attempts to rectify these problems, including multiple battery replacements, the vehicle remains unreliable and unsafe to operate. Additionally, critical safety features such as the backup camera have ceased to function, further compromising my ability to operate the vehicle safely. It is pertinent to note that my Dodge Charger has only accumulated 23,000 miles since its purchase in 2017, indicating that these issues are not a result of normal wear and tear but rather a fundamental flaw in the vehicle's design or manufacturing. My attempts to address these pressing safety concerns with both the Dodge dealer and your corporate customer service department have been met with disappointment and disregard. I was informed that since my vehicle is no longer under warranty, there is nothing that can be done to remedy these life-threatening issues. This response is utterly unacceptable and fails to acknowledge the.
Forward collision warning: activates randomly. I had to decrease the warning sensitivity to near to reduce the rate at which I was receiving false alarms. Powertrain: noticeable delay after shifting down when using paddle shifters in manual mode. Electrical: the in dash audio radio station seeks down without user input.
Power train, transmission output shaft fracture could result in a loss of power, increasing the risk of a crash. If the parking brake is not applied before exiting the vehicle, the vehicle may roll away despite the transmission being placed in park. The vehicle has been inspected. There are warning lights. They appeared 02/29/2024.

Engine was ticking around 74k miles, it started off quiet and I was informed by a mechanic it should be fine as a lot of cars have a ticking sound. Couple thousand miles later the engine is nearly rattling and there's a thumping causing spaces of silence in the exhaust and there's also occasional hard shifting.
My radio screen went bad and it’s killing my battery when the car is off but the screen still works. Also it won’t play music on my speakers due to the screen messing. The screen is also affecting my speakers and everything obviously and I seen there was a recall on the cars radios.

My car has been stalling intermittently. But lately it's becoming more frequent. I've taken it to 3 different repair shops. Diagnostics shows p0700 and u1000 codes. The last shop charged me 150 dollars just to tell me that they don't know what's causing my car to stall. So I'm kind of lost here. Please help me.
The led light is supposed to have a constant voltage but in the day ther voltage is lower because the lights dim there needs to be a additional adjustment made or attachment so it causes the head light to fail.
Nothing on the computer screen works or if it works. . . . There's no controlling it. It blows out cold air and then blows out hot air and it changes the radio stations on it's own. There is no controlling the radio or the a/c and heat. I really scared that this is just the tip of the iceberg. I have only had this vehicle about a year and I haven't been able to drive it hardly at all. Thankfully I have a Hyundai genesis coupe that I can depend on but it only goes in the summer time because it is a rear wheel drive car. My 2018 Dodge Charger gt awd is at the garage at 1251 good hope pike clarksburg, wv 26301 I took the above car to them on July 19th, 2023 and it's still at their garage. Nice people that work there but I would like to have my awd car before the snow starts flying. Country club Chrysler howard moore is the service manager. Headlamps are not working therefore causing a safety issue when driving at night. Initially, 2 years ago, April 2021 the driver headlamp was not working. Dodge dealership had replaced and within the year the bulb would come off and on intermittently. It cost over $400. 00. On March 18, 2022 I took it back to Dodge dealership and because it was working that day they just said to bring it when it was not working? they had the car for the whole day and did not inspect anything. Now a year later both of my headlamps are not working and took it back to them again. Now my fuses are melted and have been told by them that the cars electrical system is faulty. The car will need a new pdc power distribution center unit that controls the electrical power which is no longer made. He found a dealer that has the unit available but also includes the wires harness . The charge for this including labor is 5300 if he the dealer will sell it to him. He did not advise of price for part and labor separately. The dealer charged me 212. 00 to tell me this. Meanwhile I have a car that is only 7 years old that I cannot drive safely at night and it will not pass motor vehicle inspection which is in 2 weeks. Therefore, now I own a car I cannot legally have on the road because of this issue with the headlamps.
