All four axles and spindle nuts are literally decaying and crumbling. Its to the point the guy at the tire shop said its not safe. Being a awd vehicle it puts a lot of strain on the hubs. The car only has 65,000 miles on it.

I have noticed this problem a coulee times and couldn't diagnose because it would flash on the display behind the steering wheel for less than a second over the last 2-3 days driving the vehicle. 8/3/21 the issue got worse due to the message flashing flashed in longer increments, service stability system. I automatically got worried, but as I climbed a mountain in western north carolina the message also said abs system, power steering system and turned off power steering automatically making new use force to turn the vehicle on a curvy road up to clingmans dome. The power steering got me shook as I have enough skill to not cause an accident, but after getting down the mountain to sevierville, TN it got worse. All the lights starting random flashes, and then nothing. No issue, no warning lights, nothing. The emergency brake light came on and went off in no specific rhythm, again the abs system, and mainly the stability system started coming on, and power steering went off again with no reason. I then drove to my jobsite with 0 other incidents for the next 20 minutes. I do not know the issue but it started with the stability system flashing. The electrical seems to not be functioning correctly placing my safety at risk.

The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Charger. The contact stated while reversing from his driveway, the steering wheel ceased with an unknown steering wheel warning light illuminated. The contact stated he turned off and restarted the vehicle and was able to park the vehicle. The contact stated he continued to experience the same failure a week later. The contact called the local dealer as well as north star Dodge Chrysler Jeep ram fiat (7242 san pedro Ave, san antonio, TX 78216:(210) 249-7500) and the dealers were made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 86,250.
Power steering failure while I was driving. Luckily this did not result in an accident. No lights or warnings just went out.
Out of no where my car started stalling on me, took it to a mechanic, cleaned ground wires, changed O2 sensor, cleaned throttle body everything looks and sounds good, but the car stalls, while I'm driving, as well as at a stop, sometimes it completely shuts off and I loose all control including power steering, and sometimes just cuts off for half a second and turns itself back on, iv seen a lot of posts about the gas tank overfilling problem, as well as a ignition switch problem with these cars, I called the dealer but they said they can't address it since my VIN isn't reported for those recalls. My car is unsafe to drive right now and I don't know why but there's reports of manufacturer faults.

In the past two weeks the power steering has gone out for a brief second resulting in total inoperability of the car's maneuverability. Luckily, for my son, this has typically been on the highway on a straight away. From what I can gather, there seems to be no answer to this via chat boards, or any knowledge of a fix from a dealer. This is unacceptable and Dodge should address this ASAP before it results in the accident and possible death of someone at a high speed trying to make a corner. Especially given the fact that police officers are using these cars in exactly this way. Do better Dodge, this is an issue!.
My steering wheel has locked up on me while I'm driving at least 10 times if not more since I purchased my 2014 Dodge Charger in 2015. All these incidents where at different time periods and at different speeds ranging from 0 to 60 mph. The steering wheel would stay locked for a couple of minutes. Each time that it has happened, I've been close to having an accident either hitting someone else or running off the road. I would try to turn the vehicle off and on to see if it would loosen back up. Sometimes it would work, other times it wouldn't. I've taken the vehicle to multiple mechanics and they all have said it might have something to so with the power steering since the vehicle is electric. I've then taken it to the Dodge dealership to get it diagnosed and they said nothing comes up on their tests that shows steering wheel defects. I've also contacted the actual Dodge manufacturer but they weren't of any help either unless a recall pops up. I have no evidence to show the problem other than horrible past experiences I've had while driving.
2014 Dodge Charger electric power steering pump having issues turning steering wheel which I complain about 6 months ago after purchasing the vehicle for my son it a very serious problem concerning safety . They only recall 2014 Dodge Charger if the the power steering pump was install at specific maufactured facilities, which is bs . Dodge should be responsible for any faulted power steering pump issue knowingly it exists. My son vehicle has this electric power steering pump issue and the manufacturer and Dodge dealer should replace due to safety issues. Please advise.

When turning left, power steering went out completely, I was unable to complete turn and went across two lanes of highway traffic and crashed into a ditch. Vehicle preformed fine prior to incident. There were 3 injuries in the accident.
When leaving on drive today steading wheel hard to turn and was making vibrating noise hard to turn left to right.
Total loss of power steering while driving. We were traveling on a main road doing 30 mph with autos in front and behind us. Slowed down and attempted to turn onto side street. It was very hard to turn onto the side street since there was about 10 % of power steering assist. You could barely steer into a parking spot. I called for a tow truck to deliver the 2019 Dodge Charger srt hellcat to my residence. I will be calling the closest Dodge dealer/ repair center for diagnostic and repairs to be made. Thank god no people, injured, properties or vehicles were damaged or killed. .

Car starting to make a strange rattling noise - took it to shop was told drive shaft is coming apart car only has 74,000 miles. Was also told rear shocks are bad, rear brakes pads are very low and rear stablizer bar (suspension components) have rotted out bushings. A year ago the car doors started to fall apart both driver and passenger doors.

Motor mount blows out due to it being filled with hydraulic fluid causing issues with steering and braking. This happened while driving the car causing it to move around while driving any speed was on the freeway when it happened.
When I driving (I motion) I feel like the car wants to turn it off by it self, the panel looks like if I turn it on and off, and it wont start when I speed up.
The power steering pump was replaced because of on and off stiffness while driving. This was very frightening because the steering wheel will not release while turning. The dealership replaced the pump about 3 times and still cannot correct the problem.
While driving my battery light come on. That is due to alternator malfunction. The first time it happen all my electrical devices where going on and off. And my steering wheel locked and unlocked due to being a electronic steering. What I did I tried to pull over and stop at a safe place and waiting and the vehicle when back to normal mode except the battery light stayed on and the message in my cluster that said "battery safe mode". So I went back home and checked the voltage on my battery that read 11. 8 to 12. 3. So I took it to the dealer for the recall of the alternator. The dealer replaced it and said it's ok now. I took it home and on the way home it happen again and I took it back to the dealer and got it checked. And they said they found corrosion the the signal plug of the alternator. They cleaned it and said it ok now. A week passed by and it happen again all electrical started to turn on and off including the steering locking up and the battery light came on. And I took it back again to the dealer. And now they said they have to charge me to diagnose the issue if it's not the alternator. Charging system is not part of the alternator and they charge for that issue. Isn't the charging system part of the alternator like the voltage regulator that is in the pcm? if that is a bad component and making the alternator malfunction it's a problem for not making any current. All this happen in motion on street and on highway. All this started on June 3 2020 till now June 25 2020.
My air bag for my steering wheel is defected, my controls that control the cruise, horn and radio, does not work at all.
The vehicle has started displaying messages to have the power steering, electronic stability control and the abs brake system serviced. It has began to not start as well. It will randomly flash these messages on the dash in motion and stationary positions. When it does, the power steering actually goes out of the vehicle swerves. The car was just at a dealership to get the oil done a week ago and they did an entire inspection on it and said it was fine. . . . It has done this before 2 years ago and then stopped on it's own. So the oil change was before the issues started again. Had it checked out again and still nothing throwing any codes out. This is a very big safety issue and we would love some answers as to why this is happening!.
I purchased 2016 Dodge Charger one month ago from California auto direct in montclair. While signing the paperwork, we questioned a $1,000 dealer charge which they explained was for a thorough inspection before putting their car on the lot to sell (all lies). Since I purchased the car on 3/7/20, the car has stalled on me while driving 3 times. I took the car to a "Dodge" dealer and they fixed a recall, oil leak and replaced a missing caliper, old battery. After completing all the repairs, the car stalled on me again. Each time the steering and brakes locked up. The dealership found no codes as to why the car just stops while driving. This car is a safety hazard. I contacted Dodge. Com online chat and they told me to let the dealer try and work on it and use their resources. Unfortunately, they can't find anything. I read about recalls on other Dodge Chargers and challengers that had similar problems, unfortunately not m year. . . 2016.
Power steering fuses keep blowing when turning, which causing it to be very difficult to maneuver especially while driving. Almost cause an accident .
When starting my car the radio sometimes don't come on. I have to put the car in park shut off the car and restart it in order for the radio to come on. When driving and listening to the radio it goes in and out as if the dj is trying to block out profantiy but that's not the case. Also, when driving and I make a u-turn it feels as if the steering wheel is trying to lock up.
I took my car to get a oil change at the Dodge dealership. When it was returned to me I notice that when I turn my wheel all the way to a certain side it makes a loud rubbing noise. They rotated my tires and changed my fluids so I believe it would eventually go away. It hasnt.
Car goes to limp mode it feels like it loses power. Steering wheel control s dont work and wipers stop when they want.

As I was making a turn (car was in motion on street), the steering wheel stiffened up, the car became extremely hard to control. After completing the turn I pulled into a empty parking space. I turned off the and then turned on the car. I then received a message from the car saying "service power steering". I decided to drive around the block to see if there would be any change in handling of the car. There was none, so I parked the car in the driveway.
48hrs after I received and oil change I was driving to victorville California from san bernardino California and as I was exiting my exit my car turned off as I was driving. Car would not start. Tried to jump it and the engine would not turn over. I towed it to the shop after some troubleshooting they said it was the engine. . It had locked up. I was quoted $2500 for repairs.
While driving on a 2 lane highway with traffic behind me, the car shuts down and I lose power while driving. The steering wheel locked up making it very difficult to turn. I pressed the gas repeatedly and nothing happened. Cars behind me were blowing but there wasn't much I could do. The car was slowing down anyway so I pressed the brake and they worked so I struggled like crazy to turn the steering wheel and was able to put the car into a church driveway. Thank god the brakes worked or it could've been ugly. I tried starting the car but it wouldn't do anything but act like it wanted to start. It wasn't a clicking it was more like a winding noise like a ruuu ruuu ruuu. I tried to start it again and it made the same noise but it sounded worse. I had to have the car towed to my home because there wasn't a repair shop opened that late. I'm going to call a mechanic to see what the issue might be. This is not the first time this has happened to me. It happened two in April and three rimes in may of this year but it started back up. I wasn't so lucky this time. The last time it happened I replaced the alternator and the battery and I had not had any problems since doing that. I took it in to have it checked and it was placed on a machine and no codes would show up but the guy recommended I replace the alternator and the battery, and I did. Dodge really needs to do something ASAP. This shit is ridiculous. It happened to me when I was on the interstate and on the highway. Hopefully this doesn't happen with an inexperienced driver or someone in a really high traffic area because someone could get injured or killed. I guess that's what they're waiting on to fix the problem.

My power steering will randomly shut off. It happens intermittently. It makes it very easy to lose control. I have to pull over, turn off my car, wait 10-30 seconds, turn on my car, and hope it doesn't do it again.
Loss of power steering. . When stationary and when in motion. . Extremely dangerous and scary . . . I have also heard from others owners of the pursuit model having the same problem. . . This should be a recall!.
When driving my vehicle their is a knocking noise in my front right wheel, almost sounds as if some bolts are loose. Also when pulling in to back up, when I turn my steering wheel a certain way their is a funny clicking sound in the steering wheel, and funny sound in the brake when I am backing my car into my drive way. I believe that this may be an issue with a recall that hasn't been looked into.
