1 Electrical Jack problem of the 2014 Dodge Journey

Failure Date: 01/10/2017

Since 2015 this car has drained approximately 5 batteries. I purchased this automobile brand new 11/11/14 with 14 miles on it. This car was first taken to orange park Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram 7233 blanding blvd. , (904) 777-5500 in jacksonville, FL because of a drained battery and the car has to be started by pop-a-lock per my state farm insurance provider. The record shows that this occurred approximately three (3) times. Each time the car was returned with supposedly a new battery with no problem found with the last incident on 11/6/16. I relocated to north augusta, SC and on 11/23/16 and on 12/12/16 my car battery was drained again, state farm roadside assistance (all american road se 706-631-3580) was called once again and the car was taken to bob richards Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram 1666 jefferson davis highway in graniteville, SC (803) 349-4910. This dealership stated they found no problems, and after keeping the car the entire week end returning it to me "fixed". 1/9/17 this car will not start again, notified state farm roadside assistance they again referred me to all american roads se 706-631-3580 the car was jumped and started, but the "check engine" light remained on. 1/10/17 the car will not start again and I called Chrysler customer care where an appointment was set for the car to be serviced on Thursday 1/12/17 @ 10:00 am with milton rueben Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram 3508 washington road augusta, GA 30809. Pease help me, I am 67 year old senior and don't know what to do. The vehicle was stationary each time.
