The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Magnum. While driving approximately 65 mph, the engine overheated without warning and caused the vehicle to stall. The vehicle was towed to the dealer who performed a diagnostic test which located the failure at the engine cooling module. The dealer advised that the engine would need to be replaced. The transmission gear shifter had also failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure and current mileage was 98,500.

2 Engine Cooling System problem of the 2008 Dodge Magnum

Failure Date: 05/24/2010

I purchase the Dodge Magnum in December of 2008 in February and April of 2009 I had to take it to the dealer because the car would not move after making a stop at the signal light on two occasions without shutting the car off and restarting it. In may on 2010, I had to take my car to the dealer because coolant leaking due to water pump went out.

3 Engine Cooling System problem of the 2007 Dodge Magnum

Failure Date: 12/16/2008

Heat has been out in car 3 times in just over 1 year bought car new in Nov 2007 by Dec 2008 heat was out for 3rd time, had to pay deductible for repair because of miles put on car. Part is a cooler unit that has been replaced, to this day when turn on heat I smell antifreeze and it takes about 30 minutes for warm air.
