Failure Date: 10/12/2016

Went to parking lot after dr. Appointment to go home. Tried to start engine, made a rattling sound and died. Restarted, made more of the rattling noise. Had car towed home. Towed car to local Dodge dealer the next day for inspection. Was left bank spark plugs removed. 2 spark plugs were bent/damaged. Leakdown test on #1 cylinder 90% leakage measured. Internal damage indicated. . On;y 80k miles. Well maintained.
