Our 2005 Dodge Magnum rt hemi. The top radiator hose came completely off. Dumping all the coolant. No smell of coolant, no warning on the dash. No codes in the system. We purchased the car new from the dealer . We have done all the scheduled maintenance. With only 63,000 miles. A very big disappointment. Now the engine is seized. What is the caused the radiator hose to come off? a cooling TSB that we haven’t notified about . From the manufacture? we have never received a TSB from the manufacture . Or the local dealer where the purchased the vehicle.
