Transmission was in neutral, parking brake was set. Vehicle was stationary for approx. 1 min. While I removed my things from the interior. As I was walking away from the vehicle (about 30-40 ft) I heard the brake "pop" turned around and the vehicle slowly started to roll backwards until it hit a pole. This happened in a private parking lot and was reported to corp. Security, but no police report.

Vehicle was parked, engine running and rolled backward into garage. Damage unknown at this time.
While traveling 30 mph and going over a bump transmission jumped out of drive gear into the neutral gear unexpectedly. Dealership has not examined vehicle to determine cause of this problem. Please provide any additional information / documentation.

Safety issue my two children can not be in the truck if it is running because it with shift into drive by pulling the lever. Safety interlock is completly broken.
Truck was attached to boat sitting on pier deck on top of Ramp. Vehicle was running, and consumer heard a loud popping noise. Vehicle was moving towards the water, consumer jumped in truck to stop it but fell from the truck, this is when the vehicle dragged consumer down Ramp and rolled over her arm causing damage to right arm/eldow, broke middle finger and had road burn up and down body . Dealership was aware of problem.

There is no shift interlock system present in vehicle, and vehicle can be taken out of park without use of a key.
Vehicle downshifted from a low gear to a high gear normally between speeds of 55-60mph. Vehicle jerked back and forth and lurched consumer forward. Vehicle has been to dealer 4 times for a problem that they cannot fix. Consumer barely got home after returning from dealer.

Consumer was traveling about 35mph on the highway and road over a set of railroad tracks and the shifter jump up into the neutral position . Consumer stated that he had experience with this for the last six months, and the dealership is aware of the situation.
Vehicle is running in park ,and by itself the vehicle will jump out of park into neutral or drive, causing a potential safety hazard.
Vehicle did not come with a shift interlock mechanism, consumer says that a 9- year old child got in, and put the vehicle into gear without key or applying brakes, and vehicle took off. Dealer has been contacted.
While having vehicle in park and without applying brakes consumer was capable of shifting gears which resulted in a roll back.
When in park position, consumer can shift into any gear wihtout having to apply brakes which could result in accident or injuries. Consumer states this is an every day situation.
Owner's child was able to switch gears from park to reverse without application of the brakes, and the vehicle took off and hit a fence. Dealer has not seen vehicle.
This vehicle can be placed into gear without the brake being applied. Dealer has not been contacted.
