See attached document for complaint. I received notice back in September of 2025 of the two recalls noted above. I have not received notice that the parts are available. I have called my dealer, huntington beach Ford and first they said they had the parts for recall 25v572. I took my car in and later in the day was told they do not have the parts. In the meantime, they tried to upsell me on service issues not related to the recall. I have been a loyal customer of both Ford motor company and huntington beach Ford. I must tell you that my loyalty is being tested. I think this is unacceptable and I would like to know when I can expect to get my car fixed.
