23 Gasoline Fuel System problem of the 2022 Ford F-150

Failure Date: 03/12/2026

See attached document for complaint. I have received several notices concerning this recall, dating back a little over a year. I have called the customer service department several times in the past year. To date, no "fix" is available on a defect that can cause a loss of fuel pressure and flow resulting in a possible engine stall while driving. "an engine stall while driving increases the risk of a crash" unquote from the recall notice. How is a "fix" not available after over a year of notice of defect! between my husband and myself, we have bought dozens (no exaggeration) of Ford vehicles (mostly new), but we are seriously doubting our purchase of my 2022 F-150 after this recall. I am continuously driving my [xxx] mother (who walks with a walker) to doctor appointments and errands in my truck. How would I safely assist my [xxx] mother, with a walker, off the middle of a highway if my truck stalls out??? we also tow a trailer with my truck at times. How would we safely pull off a highway with a loaded trailer??? I also had called the customer relations center (1-800-392-3673) on February 23, 2026 and was told the engineering department has not determined a repair as of that date. My dealer, sarchione Ford of randolph, again checked on the recall "fix" while my truck was in for an oil change on March 6, 2026. No "fix" date was available. Fords' inability to "fix" a serious defect as this, is very troublesome and totally unacceptable. Please contact me concerning this potentially life-threatening, possible accident-causing defect. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

Since receiving the notice, I have not been notified to have the vehicle repaired and a recent online check for my VIN number indicated no schedule to complete the recall repair.
