I refilled it and a couple of weeks ago, I started having trouble with steering and the whine when turning was back. The power steering fluid reservoir was empty again. I have refilled the reservoir again. No obvious signs of leakage. There is a recall for some 2012 Ford Fusions but I have not found mine included in the recall.
