I check your site often, and found it unfortunate and disturbing to still see 0 recalls even though my car does have a recall for the passenger airbag. I have also reported a very common power steering failure in this same car. You continue to have an open investigation since November 2017, which also suprised me to see an investigation left open for so long. This is the second investigation for the same issue on this car. . . If there is finally a recall for the power steering, like there is been for the same steering rack part on other model years, will it show up on your website, or will it also be hidden from your recall notices like my airbag recall notice? why isn't my airbag recall listed on your website recalls when I enter my VIN?.

Takata recall I have made repeated visits to my local Ford dealer and they keep saying they have no replacement parts for the airbag. Its also come back next month. Now their solution is to not sit in the passenger seat. Really? according to your data Ford has the lowest completion rate for replacing air bags, by a significant difference. Why is this? please help me get my air bag replaced.

Takata recall - I have received several letter about the air bag recall on my vehicle for over 2 years now. The letter states the remedy is to not have anyone sit in the passengers seat until the airbag is replaced. I have called the dealership several times and they tell me they do not have the parts and don't know when they will get them in and will call once they do. My complaint is with the passenger air bag. It keeps turning off and on. They have a recall for it but has not come up with a solution. I have a 2010 you think it wouldnt take 8 years to fix a problem. I have my daughter and my elderly mother in my car all the time. The one reason I bought this car was for safety but not the air bag can explode and hurt them. We have waited and waiting and it hasn't been fixed. I wont let anyone ride in my front seat anymore because we are scared someone will get hurt. Witch puts us in a bind with not enough room in my car. When will this be fixed by them. And no I can not afford a rental until they fix it. Thank you for any info you can give me.

Takata recall. It has been more than 2 years and a fix has not been provided. I cannot sell my car with this recall nor can it be fixed. My only option (other than the hassle of a rental car) is to not have anyone sit in the front passenger seat of my car which, with a family of 5, is impossible to do legally. Luckily, we have another vehicle than can fit us all. A coworker of mine had his Toyota repaired earlier this year but Ford has not yet to issue a solution. Takata recall - Ford notified me a week before and placed me on about June 15, 2018, in a rental vehicle through enterprise, and the Ford dealer continues to tell me every other week when I ask that they have not received any information from Ford as to when Ford will replace the defective takata airbag in my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid. This long period of time forcing my vehicle to sit idle and not driven and is not good mechanically on it. My car was purchased new and driven by me for 7 (seven) years in the high humidity environment of northern virginia, making it highly susceptible to the corrosion of the canisters causing the explosion shrapnel. I appreciate Ford providing me a courtesy rental car but I want my car repaired properly and promptly by Ford. Can you please assist with encouraging Ford corporate to restore the safety of my car by Ford replace the takata airbag in a timely manner.

Takata recall Ford has been sending me letters informing me of the recall for the past 2-3 years. When I've asked at the dealership, I've always been informed that parts aren't available and that they will let me know when they can complete the recall repair. The most recent letter I received from Ford indicated that they would provide a rental vehicle for us while we waited for repair parts. This, to me, indicates that *someone* is taking the safety risk posed by the airbags in my vehicle seriously. However, when I visited sonora Ford (dealership in sonora, CA) I was advised to get on the waiting list, a *minimum* of 30-days wait, that no rental vehicles were available, and that there was no telling what vehicle I could get as a loaner if and when the rental was provided - might be a passenger car, might be a f-150 truck. I am teaching my daughter to drive in this car and am terrified of what will happen if a minor fender-bender triggers the airbags. Ford is not stepping up and meeting its responsibility (or even its promises) in following through on the terms of the recall.

Takata recall - we received a recall notice from Ford and contacted the Ford dealership in June 2018. We were told that the dealership would have the part to fix the airbag in September 2018, and we were given a rental car in the meantime. It is now 8/30/2018, we called the dealership to find out when we can have the car fixed and were told it has been pushed to the 4th quarter, so now sometime in October - December 2018. The car is sitting in our driveway, now with a dead battery, and we planned to give it to our newly licensed 16-year-old. This has been an unreasonable amount of time and is causing my family hardship.
