Whenever brakes are applied, steering wheel vibrates. Has taken vehicle to dealership at least 6 different times for the problem. Each time the rotors had been changed, but the problem still exists.

Warped front brake rotors, causing brakes to vibrate upon application.

Vehicle has been experiencing problem with warped rotors. Rotors had been turned twice due to vibration but it reoccurred. Dealer only wanted to turn the rotors again. Manufacturer notified, and informed consumer that vehicle was out of warranty. Any repairs would be done at consumer's cost.

Windshield wipers on passenger's side were stripped due to manufacturer's defect. Dealer replaced windshield wipers. Also, front brake rotors had to be replaced due to shaking in steering. Provide further information.

Brakes have worn out twice with in a year. Brake system has been worked on from rotors to master cylinder. Brakes are still bad. Dealer has been contacted.

While driving at 60-65 mph the steering oscillates. The dealer is aware of the problem. The brake rotors were cleaned at 220 miles. At 600 miles the brakes were replaced. At 11, 959 miles the rotors were replaced again. The consumer is still expereincing a prolbem with the vehicle.

Had to have original rotors replaced when the car was only 1 month old, at 2 months had to have another set of rotors, put on car, that set is still on the car but have had a problem with the brakes squealing for about 5 months now, car was taken to service dept. And brakes were cleaned squealing stopped for two days, now there is a slight pulsing again, car will be taken to service dept. Again, it seems that the brake problem may be connected to the idle speed , the care picks up speed even when you are not giving it gas. Which in turn causes brakes to be used more then they should be.

The brake drums/rotors and seat arm rest were replaced, has 800 miles on car . Please describe .

Consumer was having problems with front rotors rusting. Delaer was contacted, and stated that they needed to be replaced, and did not explain why this was happening.

All of these problems have been reported to the dealership and none have been resolved. When the brake pedal is depressed front end shimmies. This is caused by the rotors warping.

Vehicle vibrates when accelerating 60mph and higher, dealer inspected vehicle several times, and replaced the tires and rotors. . In June of 1999 consumer was informed that the wheels were out of round not the tires, one of four tires was replaced, however the problem remained, consumer states vehicle is on its second set of tires.
